Alien Aisha Vending Machine

Fri Jul 21, 2006 6:13 pm

How do points work on the Alien Aisha Vending Machine? I always figured that the people with trophies were rich and had bought a lot of Nerkmids and used them. Sort of a volume thing.

But One of the current gold trophy holders is fairly new and does not appear to be rich. Which makes me wonder how the score works. What do you have to win to get a high score?

I looked for a guide on this on the main website and was unable to find one, so I am sorry if I overlooked one.

This is the link to see the scores:

The third one down right now is the one that made me notice.

I think it's what the best prize's value is. I'm unsure, though.

I know it's possible to get paint brushes from it, but there must be something you can win that gives you really really high points with one try because how else could new people with not a lot of neopoints have the gold trophy?

Does anyone know what all you can win or have a link to a guide?

Isn't the number of neopoints you get?

The Highscore table goes by the amount of neopoints won with one nerkmid.

Bingo. It's all random luck. I've wasted about 30 or 40 over the years trying for the trophy, but rarely win more than 10k np, even when I won paintbrushes.

A guild member recently bought a load of Nerkmids and got only gross food items.. :(

It seems that newbie player win a lot more of the random trophies. Not for any other reason than they are willing to try them. Things like, Cheeseroller, Whack-A-Sloth, The Brightvale/Meridell kings, pick a coin, kiss the mortog, and Gormball are usually intentionally overlooked by more experienced players to be the random games that they are.

Exactly. I'll bet the 1-month player found their nerkmid in a random event and, instead of selling it like I would have, they stuck it into the vending machine.
