I've decided to start reading books to my pet, but i have no idea what to do. is there any list if cheap books in existance? or is there a shop containing huge amounts of books, priced in such a way that you are able to see which ones are cheaper, relative to others?

This site has a great list and also keeps track of what your pet has read. It also tells you what books your pet might find boring. You need to register to use the list, though.

I agree with lexxia, Spankaroonie's site has the best and most comprehensive lists around, of Booktastic and regular books. I used the checklist to get Pahmo his Booktastic Book Honorary Member Trophy a while back and it was great.

It doesn't give you prices, but you can search them on the wiz.

Another way to go is Neoitems.net. They have an absolutely phenomenal neo items database with everything possible listed, including books. If you search by category it will give you the complete list of anything you want, from petpets to paint brushes, books, types of foods, etc.

Yes it does. Toggle 'View approx price' to Yes on the page where you select your pet.
