Scratch card error

I just went to the Winter Kiosk and bought a scratchie, it was a race to richies so I decided to scratch it cos I only sell it if its Faeries Fortune or better to make profit... anyway it came up with an error "cannot insert into scrachcard_kiosk" or something like that, so I hit the back button, tried to scratch again and it said I didn't have a scratch card, tried to buy another one and it came up with the .. you can only buy one ever 6 hours!
