Has neopets sent out emails lately? (emails, not neomails)

I received not one, not two, but three neomails, all saying that there were failed attempts to email me. I then realised this was correct, as i changed main email addresses and havent checked the other one in ages and the account is probably deleted by now.

... well, now my email is changed. But the question lingers in my brain.... what do you guys think those 3 emails might have been about? Im assuming many of you may have received similar emails...

I got a few of those several months (weeks, maybe) back, but I think they were from sponsor cards that I'd tried to send to myself for NP that never went through for unknown reasons. So, unfortunately, I can't say I necessarily received the same e-mails you did.

I think I got a couple of Limited Too plushie things. I think it was something about a new plushie kacheek... I usually delete those though.

I have all emails blocked from Neopets.
But it might be for some promotion, or at the time when TNT tried to send the emails the first time, they were having server problems.

TNT used to send out emails one a month - or was it two months? I forgot. *Shrugs* Just basically telling you what was going to happen that month (even though it had all already happened, actually). Did seem a bit pointless.

So maybe the neomails were just lingering, or something, and now they're sent out? Seems unlikely, but hey, Neoschools seemed unlikely, and they sure showed us, didn't they?
