has his times changed too? is it now totally random as well? just checking, since everyone else seems to be going random (coltzan, shops)

erm, no... that's not what I meant. Sorry, I should have been more specific. I meant was that it used to be if you rolled at :59 before an even minute he gave you a level and at :59 before an odd he took it away, and it was a tie at any other. Does it still hold true?
