Unfairly frozen

When I tried to log in to read the guild message board I got a message saying I was frozen for earning neopoints on multiple accounts. I was shocked because I only use one account. I have one graphicsaccount that I haven't used for months and never earned any neopoints on and some really, really old accounts that I haven't been on for ages. None of my family have any neopets accounts and use the computer I play on.

I filled in a form, but I really feel like I want to do more. I heared that some people email/contact staff members. Does anyone know how to contact them?

I had a great account with great pets and a pirate gallery I worked on for a year. I spend ALOT of time making graphics for my gallery and petpages and I would hate to see it all go to waste :(

If I can't get my account back I don't kow if I want to spend so much time building it all up again. It just seems such a waste of time when it just can all be taken away so easily. Sorry for sounding so dramatic, but I'm a bit sad now.

I have let the guild know and left them this site address.

Can you make another account, so you can come back into the guild?

When my account was frozen I sent off emails, and explained my situation. I did get my account back as you know, so I hope you have the same luck.

I can't find the email addresses I used, but I will have another look and post them.

Edit: I found this list in another post - I am sure I emailed Jennifer (which isn't on this list).

Oh Kim! You need to go to an old account so you can at least come in the guild. You will get your account back. I may take a while, but Daze got hers back and Eric got his back.

I know it's discouraging, but have a great account and a spectacular gallery, you have to fight to get it back.

I have not come to PPT before, but created this acc so I could talk to you.

You know we are all pulling for you to get your acc back.

I'm so sorry this happened to you.

Ilove, I can't remember the email address, it was something like the name of the staff member at neopets dot com.

at the bottom of any Neopets page, there is a link that says About Us, there are many names there.

when i was hacked, i was a premium member, so I also used the live chat link. don't think they can do anything, but at least find out the reason.

i've to log out now, the storm is right here now, will look for the e-mail address tomorrow or a bit later when it stops (and if its not too late here).

Sorry to hear about your account. I was unfairly frozen about 2 years ago (cant believe its been that long already!) and I NEVER got a reply from TNT. So good luck to you.

Good to see all you guys here. I had to make a new account since I haven't used my older side accounts so long that I forgot the password (ironic isn't it). I couldn't neomail you for 12 hours: my new account is kimsnewaccount.

I thought I might know what the problem was. I have a new email adress for a long, long time now. I haven't used the old email adress that I gave up on my users pref for over a year. I tried to change my email, but it wouldn't let me, even when I followed the instructions.

It was a hotmail account and I know that if you don't use it for a certain time the account it cleared and the email name is free again. I thought someone else might have chosen that email and also gave it up as their email on their neopets account. The chances of that are very slim, I know.

Well I just reactivated my hotmail, meaning it was not taken up by anyone else.

I really don't know what the problem is now.

Kim, I'm so sorry to hear about your account being frozen. Who knows why TNT freezes some accounts, and not other's... Whatever you do, be polite in your wording of any emails sent to them. Ask them to tell you specifically what it was that triggered your freezing. Sometimes they respond pleasantly; often they just say you violated the rules and your account won't be returned. Hang in there! ;)
