Haha. Um... train. You won't be able to do much damage with any weapons. But if you must... buy a couple scarab rings and a lesser healing scroll, and perhaps the Illusens earth potion. You can keep the golden geraptiku talisman, but scrap the rest -- it's junk.

Obsidian Dagger or Bone Sceptre, if you like

Lesser Healing Scroll
Purple Sticky Hand
Golden Geraptiku Talisman

(Eventually, when you have more cash, get a Snowglobe Staff, plus a Virtupets X-514 Super Shield or a Leaf Shield to replace that talisman.)

I may have gone a little over budget, but you can get more NP somehow, hm? Just four "matching madness" sponsor games (Hilary Duff, ick, and Garfield, double ick, and Pirates of the Caribbean and Holly Hobbie) will get you 7k+ per day.
