For the Bank, Do you need to have a neopian adress, or can you level that blank? Can someone tell me what is nessecarry and unnessecary for making an account? And can someone give me the exact link to the cell block guide? I can't find the link for the guide

It has been so long since I made a bank account I do not remember what is neccesary.

I just made one up, something like 7,000 Skellybog Street, Skellybog.
