Employment Agency not working for me

Is anyone else currently experiencing similar problems i.e. the basic jobs not refreshing?

I had exactly the same problem last night before I went to bed. It seemed to start somewhere between 2 and 3 am NST. It seems to be fixed now though, I could be wrong however.

All time-related or periodically-updating systems were all catawhompus yesterday. They have been fixed as of the news update today, apparently.

I believe you can buy them from user shops/ win them as random events, I'm not sure whether they can be earned by completing enough jobs, however.

And if you get them, sell them, don't use them. You make a lot of money with basic jobs for which you don't need a coupon, and they sell for pretty much.

I don't believe you can get coupons that way.

Cheers, I was not aware; It would have made sense if you did.

You know, I can never get a job at the agency. All the kids with T1's get them first; Neopets isn't very fair on the people with slower connections.
