Game Fixes

A couple of weeks ago i fired off a message to TNT about Castle Battles where I was having a problem. A couple of days later i got a reply saying they would look into it.

The problem still hasn't been fixed and i'm wondering if that response was just automated or an actual reply and if it was a reply how long does it usually take for them to fix a problem.

What did the reply say, may I ask?

It took about a month for TNT to reply to me about something... And it wasn't even a direct/specific answer to my problem o.o

You can try contacting them again, if you haven't already.. or wait. Good luck, either way.

Most replies you get from bug reports are automated messages. Once in a while I get a response telling me to contact a specific TNT member, but that's about as personal as the messages get. I would try sending them a message again.

It said something along the lines of
We thank you for brining this issue to our attention and are trying to resolve it.

That's one of their most common automated replies.
