The Symol Hole?

Um, what does THIS: "There have been reports of some strange events taking place near a rather suspicious looking hole in the ground in Meridell... " mean??? I went to the symol hole and nothing happened... hmmmmmmmm... anyone notice something i missed?

I went to the Symol Hole several times and I didn't notice anything different. O.o Maybe there is a slightly higher chance of getting an item or the av or something, like they do on some other "special" days?

Or maybe since it's Dirt Day, they're just notifying us that the Hole exists . . . which could be plausible because not everyone on Neopets is so well informed ;) Heck, I didn't even know what the Symol Hole was until like, a couple of months ago.

sorry lol i got sidetracked. um, the symol hole randomly gives out some neopoints or other things, but VERYYYYY rarely. and an avatar. and you know i think the "mentioning it's existance" theory is the best i've heard.

yeah that's about how long it took me. it took my friend TWICE though... grr. btw does anyone know if you can still get stuff from it after you get the avatar? And i seem to be able to visit it more than once a day, can you get stuff more than once? I have alot of questions :oops:
