Trying to contact TNT

I've been given an email address after contacting staff on the Premium help bit. Iwould normally use my Neopets Webmail address, bu that's the problem, I can't get into it. Anyway, I emailled the address from my Yahoo email, and it failed to deliver. Which mail providers will work?

Oops sorry could you move this to Help please?

No, I've done that bit already. I was given an email address, but when I email it from Yahoo I get a failure delivery, so I was wondering which email provider would work.

I've never had any problems that I know of from Hotmail. Are you sure it was a problem with Yahoo and not a problem at the other end (eg, typo in the receiver's e-mail)?
