Altador plot prizes?

Ok, this may be a stupid and/or juvenile/imature question, but I would like some speculation as to when the prizes for the Altador plot are going to be released. I fully completed my puzzle, so I am hoping for some cool and valuble prizes! I think you get your prizes at the Council Chamber, but I just don't know when...
