On another forum I visit someone said that if you feed your pet a lot of glowing jelly it would turn glowing. They even had a screen shot. I don't know if this really works, but it looked real. They weren't trying to sell jellies or anything, so I don't think it was a scam. They were just saying they feed their pet a jelly and it turned glowing.

TNT mentioned it once, but I never actually heard of it happening to anyone

I'm almost certain that it doesn't. After all, Glowing Jelly is very cheap, and if it made your pet glowing, it definately wouldn't cost less than 10np. It's probably just an attempt to raise the price.

I remember it being ocnfirmed in the Editorial once - you could try checking there?

If its a very small chance, it could work. Glowing isnt a very popular color anyway.
I'm going to stop feeding them to my darigan aisha now, anyway...

Yes it does. It's cheap because it's so readily available; people can't drive the price up because there will always be more for sale at lower prices. Anyway, yes, it was confirmed in an editorial that ridiculous amounts of glowing jelly will turn your pet glowing. It's like the chocolate and garlic rumors: according to TNT, it works.

I was going to try it since I have over 300 glowing jellys, but I forgot.

Naw, it was confirmed by a member here on the Forums not terribly long ago, maybe five months or so.
Had a screen shot and everything and was extremely surprised needless to say.

Did it say how many jellies it took?
They must have been feeding for a long long time.

Wait... so if I fed a Ruki a
ton of chocolate items, I could potentially turn it into a chocolate Ruki?

I'd say if you want a chocolate ruki or any of the other chocolatey colored pets, feed them nothing BUT chocolate!

After the last time someone posted about this, I started feeding one of my Aishas nothing but glowing jellies. I think I've fed her about 30 by now. It's a little tricky because it seems like since I start, she's always the one who gets all of the "your pet is no longer hungry" type awards.
If and when she finally changes, I'll let everyone know.
Here she is now, if you want to see her. I guess you just have to take my word for it that she won't be labbed or painted or potioned or whatever.

I want to try it, really. I have the jellies.
Its just I have 3 perm. pets and one lab pet. If I fed my lab pet, Its a waste of the lab... If I feed a perm. pet, I'll have to re-paint it if it DOES change.

I've tried it with about a hundred jellies to no avail. I think it can happen, but the odds of it are incredibly incredibly Mr Incredibly low

What's more likely to happen - getting the Lever of Doom avvie or pet turning glowing?
