Well I guess you are suppossed to....I had the Halloween and Qasalan sidebar when it was my birthday and it changed to the Happy Birthday Sidebar. I don't know if it works with Premium Sidebar but I guess it should...Oh and Happy Birthday!

Portal covers all sidebar themes with your chosen portal theme. To see your theme, turn portal off. Random event boost should work with or without portal.
