No, they're working -- you're just unlucky (I got one yesterday and my friend got one today). How high is the stat you're training? Bonuses seem to get more and more rare the higher your stats get.

Yup, still working. Got it for two of my pets today. Just wait it out, you'll get it!

I'm on the 3 codestone level, 100 defence/strength and 120 endurance.

I got a x3 Super Bonus today in Defence, in the 3 codestone level. Yeah it's working

my bad luck ended on course #33, got a 3x bonus just now.
