I dont know what to do. I wrote to Neopets to ask why. It said I had been scamming other players, but I would never do anything like that and it is really worrying me to find that out. The funny thing is I think it could be because I left it logged in at this webcaf the other day - The connection was slow and the page came up as a "cannot load please refresh" - Usually when it does that the page has usually done the operation its needed to do, such as logging out, so theres no point in refreshing.
I am really worried now though because even if I wrote to neoetps that I had left it loged in it would sound cliche as though I am lying. I am jsut really upset its my older account on neoepts adnI do not know how to get it back, they'll proboarbly leave me frozen forever.
The account name was chibimercuary. I wish though they would atleast reply and tell me why I got frozen. Because I dont know what I did to get frozen and thats the annoying thing. If they replies and told me why do you think I could then appeal to have my account unfrozen on the basis that I recieved no warnings beforehand if I had done anything wrong, and also wasnt aware of anything I ahd done to get myself frozen.

Man this is annoying...help anyone???

You could try writing or emailing a specific person at the neopets office, asking why your account was frozen, but to be honest you probably won't get anywhere. It's possible that someone else at the webcafe might have used your account to scam others, which would be your responsability.

Thats the thing though, I knwo that when I reloaded the neopets main page that It said I was logged out.But I remember reading somewhere that sometimes theneopets cache means that your still logged in on certain pages of neoepts.

I just want my account back :'(
