Does anybody know who to contact

My daughter and her entire family were frozen. They were accused of multi-accounting. 5 people and 5 accounts seems like the right math to me but obviously not to TNT. She has contacted them through her premium report page but it won't let her respond back. My question is who should she contact, an email address would be ideal.

Wow, that sucks! I've always worried about that, I usually get my roommates hooked on Neopets, at least for short spans of time. I've not been frozen for it though. Maybe because there are 2 different computers, hence 2 different IP addys.

I'd like to know how it turns out for them.
