PLEASE HELP!!! QUESTIONS!!!

I had to find somewhere to go about neopets to ask for help, and i found this. so please, has anyone out there had their account frozen/suspended? i went to log on today and it said my account was temporarily suspended and i don't know why. i havent been on neopets in over 12 hours, and when i tried to get on, it had almost just started. i still have to wait 23 hrs and 47min till i can get back on. will i be able to find out why? the page that shows says i used profanity, but i didnt. you can't. i don't get it. anyone have this happen to them? did you get suspended way later than whatever happened? did you find out why? please let me know!! thank you!!

...TNT has the option to tempa-suspend someone? I thought it was all permanant? o_O

Anyway, first off, welcome to the forum. :) I can't say I've ever been suspended before, so I'm afraid I don't know how I can help you. Part of me want to suggest you neomail TNT when your account becomes active again and (politely) ask exactly what you did wrong so you can learn to avoid it in the future, but another part of me thinks that if you push the issue, they may further suspend you.

I'm going to be honest; I don't trust TNT very much. I know they're only human and all, but I've heard so many horror stories about wrongfully frozen accounts....

did you get suspended way later than whatever happened? did you find out why?


I sent TNT a neomail over a month ago when I accidentally played a game on my side, pleading for them not to freeze my account because of it and to remove my score.

They only just replied to me two days ago. With a form letter. :roll: So, yes, it's possible they're reacting to an event from a while back.

Yeah if you really want to know what you actually did wrong then mail them politely, but I'd just be more cautious and get on with it ;)

And I still have the avatar and game score on that account, so they did absolutely nothing. So long as the account's still active, I don't care. >_>
