3 seems to be the magic number so far. I have my original account with a lame name, a second account I had originally made as a guild account, and my current account. I keep the old ones mostly because they both have the lab map and it seems a shame to freeze them.

Chances are, if you have more than 3, you are probably doing something shady

I have three right now, a main, then another with a lab and one for aging petpets.

Only one. Very risky though, I can lose everything easily, but I'm not bothered to do another one.

2 active accounts, 9 dead. 
Those 9 are because of those obvious childish reasons ... created a stupid one when I was younger, didn't like username, forgot pw AND email pw ... the list goes on LOL.

I have 3 dead and 3 active.
Dead:
1) Forgot password-3 1/2 years old, not much on it.
2) Abandoned- was a friend's barrowed account, around 90K
3) Got CG'd- 2 years old, about 160K lost
Active:
1) Gallery account- 9 months old
2) Main account- 4 months old
3) Buying account- 6 months old

I have three accounts (4 if you count the one I never activated ); my main, my (former) BC side, and my lab/LE snagging/transfer account, which I might convert to an adoption guild if I get around to it.

I have one active. I play by the rules so I don't have to worry about loosing everything. 
I have a few dead ones. Likely several. The only name I remember is my very first one; 54 months old now. I wish I could get into it but I don't even remember what the -email address- was that I used, let alone the passwords to both e-mail and username.

I currently have two active, but I know of at least two that I created ages ago on a whim and have never used.

Well... a lot. In a mixture of old accounts, extra pet accounts, and random accounts... and then the one I actually use... Like 7 or 8 maybe?
