It's friady at 1 pm NST and a bunch of the dailys sya that their out for a while, tombola, king skarl and king hagan. does this happen on a regular basis and i've just missed it?

Yeah, it's kind of annoying when you're trying to do your dailies. And you can add the Ice Caves Scratchcard Kiosk to the list of places that is "Out to Lunch" at 1pm NST.
