since when were Plushie Petpet Paint Brushes so cheap?

i think i must have missed something when i was away.. but i remember selling my old collection, and i sold that paint brush for about 100k.. and i was shopping today it it looked really weird seeing it for only 7k

was it a contest prize or something? *puzzled*
