Question about users' shops

Are dark-colored background in shops which cover their prices against the rules? I believe it's an attempt to scam users out of their NP. 
For example, this shop has 300+ Zei Codestones under a reasonable price, but the rest of the codestones are twice as expensive. He clearly intends to draw users and attempts to trick them into buying codestones which are twice as expensive.
Can someone please clarify whether this is against the rules or not ?

Hmm I guess he couldn't necesserily be breaking an actual rule (He could say it was coincidence) but yeah what he is doing is wrong, and if a mod were to see that, I think he'd get warned (or possibly frozen)

I think I remember reading something that said it was against the rules. An editorial maybe, and not too long ago. Shop owners are required to allow people to view the prices of their items without highlighting, just like users are required to have their stats visible on lookups. If you have a dark background in your shop, TNT expects you to use a light font color. Masking prices with a dark background is the same as masking prices with special HTML. Just easier to do.
