Crovax7 and the Scamming article on PinkPT

I was reading Crovax7's article on scammers and it said;

"Putting an item in your shop for 99,999 when everyone else has it at 100,000 is NOT smart"

Why is this not smart? What has it got to do with scammers/scamming?

I am confused.

At the time of writing, you could put items into your shop for 100,000 and they wouldn't be buyable in your shop. However, the value of the item may very well not be worth 100,000 (if accoring to other markets such as the trading post it's worth 300,000 for example) If you were to put the item up in your shop as 99,999 in order for it to be the cheapest on the shop wizard, you could very well lose 200,000 on that sale for the item.

Now that galleries have been introduced, no items can be priced at 100,000 to avoid such a confusion.
