Yes, you get them at the Ye Old Food Shop in Meridell. They are very rare though, and they cost alot. if you are trying to feed a Kadotie, do not get it a Draik Egg. if you are trying to get a Draik, a morphing potion might do better.

Look in the trading post. Or the Aution Genie. Or if there is no morphing potion, then a transmorphagtion potion. Then if you don't like a mutant draik, you can buy a blue, red, yellow, or green paintbrush to spruce it up.
