I was recently frozen and filled out the form used when one believes he is incorrectly frozen. I receieved the following email.
Thanks for your inquiry. Your account has been frozen for scamming other users. This is strictly against the terms and conditions that you agreed upon when you created your account. Because you have violated our terms and conditions we cannot return your account, Neopets, items or anything else contained within that account.

I in turn tried to respond with this email
Thank you for your response to my inquiry. I have reveiwed the terms and policies in the links you gave me and I still believe that I have not done anything to violate the terms of which I agreed to. Could you please be more specific with the incidence that caused me to be frozen.

Now I am stuck and don't know where to go from here. I know I have not done anything to be banned. The only thing I can think of is to resubmit a form but that would put me back at square one.

Try sending your letter again to a different e-mail, like one for support or questions... and attach their letter to yours when you send it. (:

It must be a lie, because thats the correct email address. They must not have the propper proof that you asked them to display to you. Owell this in TNT for you.
