Underwater Basket Weaving Club ?

I was looking at the Altadorian Archives and see some stuff about clubs on the bulletin board. Any clue what this is all about ?
EDIT: There seems to be 5 "clubs", but are not taking ne members right now

Nope not a clue, though I thought I saw somewhere where someone thought that the clubs were going to end up being like the NeoSchools (A sour subject for just about everyone in Neopia, I'd suspect
