Referal Program Problems

I noticed the referal program is screwing it up

I had my 100 referrers so I get a mail

This is an email from Neopets to say thanks for participating in our referral program. You have reached 100 referrals! A has neomagically appeared in your items! Remember to tell your friends about Neopets, and the new Neopets referral program! Thanks a lot! The Neopets Team

But as you can see "The Item" is missing ...

A has neomagically appeared in your items

So I get nothing.

My girlfriend has the same problem (mmm, not exactly), she get the mails but no items are showing up

Has someone the same experience?

I had the same problem, too!! I didnt get my sandwhich thing D<

I sent a mail to help when It happened. Wends I think, and No respons, no item
