So...It's a rainy and gloomy day in Maraqua, so I figured I would go over and get my avatar and the Drenched as Battledome opponents. So in my secondary account (to get the avatar) and I get them as opponents. Yet in my main account, I get the avatar, but no opponents.
What's up with that? Is random or something? I thought you got the avatar and got them at the same time

There's an avatar? I think I only got the opponents when they last appeared.
Edit: Nevermind, I got the Gloomy avatar awhile ago.

Maybe you can only get one or the other at a time?

That's what happened when I went to the weather page. I mean there is no way I could possibly defeat them, but still, it would be nice to have them as an option for the day far in the future after I defeat the Snowager and have the time to go higher. *ah* wishful thinking.
And as of 6:30 NST the weather in Maraqua is still the same.
See for yourself:

Edit:

Okay, after going to all this trouble, I clicked the above link to test it out, and I get The Drenched as challengers!

Well, if you didn't go and get them yesterday (if you didn't have them already) you missed your chance for a while, since the weather in Maraqua is now more of a Blizzard than just gloomy.

Speaking of the Drenched, has anyone here beaten them? If so, what were your strength/HP/defence levels and your weapons? I'm up to them now and trying to see if I should even bother attempting them with my 200 strength/HP and bad defence (and decent weapons), or if I should train more first.

I've looked at them, and they seem to be crazy hard. Like Snow Beast x10. You probably need at least boost 300 to beat them.
