Yes, Feenstadt is Faerie City, if you look at the header for faerie city. But I checked there, and there's no link.

I think it might be that it says there's a portal in faerie city to Altador.

I don't either. But it seems they're trying to say they'll keep us informed on what's happening in Altador. So obviously this is leading up to the plot.
