premium SHH's

I appoligize if this is in the wrong place. I just lucked out and was able to sign up for neo premium through the neopets toolbar. My first email was a SHH. And, i hope, by luck the email was a SHH that gave me a bd weapon worth 500k in the tp. My question is:
is this normal with premium, to get really awesome SHH"s

Depends on your definition of 'awesome'. I average NP$ 2.5k-3k and a few cheap items a week. The best I have ever gotten was a NP$ 30k item. The average item I get is between NP$ 100-2K and usually something I would never buy on my own.

I believe it's uncommon to get something worth quite that much, but the more you use your portal the more you increase your number of SHH!s, and thus...well, you see where this is going

If you're curious, I blog all the ones I get here. It's a little incomplete as I have had premium longer than the blog, and didn't blog all of them faithfully until late December.

When I was premium I got a Faerie doll worth 100K in one of the webmail random events. The Jhuidah Faerie Doll to be exact.

Yeah, I've gone two weeks without a SHH before. I usually get stuff like the koi bath buddy or space food. I don't think I've ever won more than 1000 np on the sace faerie scratchcard.

it was the frozen wand of crystals that i got and i only signed up last night for premium. when i looked up what they are selling for in the tp i just about fell off my chair. but then again i have to wonder how long it will take to sell

Nice luck =) The more you use your portal the more events you get I think, and they vary greatly. Usually the items are fairly cheap, or you've won a small amount on the lottery.

I have had three items now I think that were worth 100k so it can be quite a nice little earner ^^

Wow, I use my portal enough that I get a SHH not quite daily, but still, never anything very rare at all.
