It just changed my pet's name from 'Moo" to 'Help me eat'

So now its name is 'Help me eat the Wadjet'

... nothing happens. It makes a kind of 'zzrrrppptttt' sound before shutting down completely. The creepy Kookith shoos you away and appears quite angry, so you hightail it out of there before he shoots some miniature laser beam at you or something.

I lost 3 petpets when I first started zapping, but now I find myself with new petpet names or failed zappings most of the time

Getting discouraged about getting an orbulon or a rare petpet.
