*There is a new Mystery Pic competition. The answer to the last one was Shapeshifter Neopedia/Sinsi Neopedia. 442 people guessed correctly, earning them 4,525 NP each.

I saw this question in the new Neopian Time's, anybody see the picture the person was talking about? 
I saw a person standing in front of the Neocam wearing a black ski mask, suit, a sideways baseball cap. He was holding a sign that said, "LAWYERBOT PWNS". I am curious... Who the heck was that?!?! ~virginiamissippi

I saw it. It looked more like a black store mannequin to me. It was pretty freaky though o_o
