OOPS! - We had a problem last night with the games, a lot Neopoint ratios were converted to whole numbers from fractions and people were getting no points from games. Mass Hysteria! Lupes and Chias living together! It's fixed now
Congrats to TNT for explaining the problem and letting their users know what's going on.

I think it's wonderful that they actually acknowledged that something went wrong. I wish they would do that more often. It would definately make users feel easier.

TNT's attempt to lighten the mood, I'd imagine. I thought it was cute. I hope this is becomes a trend; TNT letting us in on what's going on.

Lupes and Chias are mortal enemies, so yeah...it'd better be an attempt to lighten the mood. Otherwise, it'd just be so unnatural.

Yeah! Good on them. They even stopped leaving us out in the dark with regards to the plot.

wow! a big congrats to them for actually acknowledging it within like 24 hrs and not trying to just smooth it over unsucessfully, and the bit of humor certainly was funny, and humor is very welcome, as long as they have fixed the problem.
