I recently come across this. sorry if this has already been announced but what is the purpous of it? Just to help out younger players?

Yup it's just basically to lure little kiddies in and to get em to understand this game "for adults"

I believe the editorial stated some time ago it was a scaled down version of a "tutorial" for McDonalds promotions, as that address was featured on the item codes that came with the happy meals.

My daughter gets that for her 8&under acct. Which actually raises a question I forgot I'd asked TNT (as I never got a reply) which was...if you create an acct that is say 8 and under, can you upgrade the acct later? I think it would be pretty lame if she's stuck with the option of starting over or keeping a kiddie account when she's older.

I'm pretty sure it updates with your age...All of mine are over 18, though, so I can't verify.
