Edit: You must have a Zafara Double Agent Plushie in your inventory, and run a search for "Zafara Double Agent".

Thoughts?

It's not visiting the How to Draw page.
There is a collectable card and a TCG (it is not viewing the TCG.)

It's been confirmed on the Neoboards that you have to have a Zafara Double Agent Plushie in your inventory and search for Zafara Double Agent to get the avatar.

I have one to lend, but only for full collateral. There's a few people I know, but I hang out mostly on Neocolours so it may take a while to get around. PM me with your trade lot number if you do and then just send it back to my main account Mileena_z when you're done.
