Spam or Scam?

I have just got this neomail:

Hey, I neomailed you to infrom that there is a new neopet trading forums called w w w . t e x o t w i s t . c o . u k(without spaces) . It is a very active forums with many members, we have tips/guides on how to get rich, trading, graphic help, contests and many more. PLEASE JOIN ONLY IF YOU PLAN TO STAY ACTIVE

I haven't clicked on the website but am wondering if other people have got this too?!

Is it just spam or a cg?

I would be highly suspicious of going there. In fact I can tell you I definitely wouldn't go. Sounds like a scam or cheat site. What I would do is report the neomail and block that person from being able to contact you.

it is spam the sent me that once they regester once you go on the site with out you knowing

You can't "register without knowing". It's impossible.

I'd say spam, though you can't be too careful. I'd personally just ignore it
