I was wondering, does anyone know how long it usually takes Neopets to resend a password if someone has forgotten it? I never log out of Neopets and I change it often, but I didn't write it down last time because I figured I'd remember it. I cleared cookies and all recently and I tried to get on today and I can't remember what it was. >.< The police chia guy said they'd send the password to my email in 15 minutes, but that was several hours ago. 
Does anyone know how long this usually takes? I was worried someone got into my account and changed it (since I tried everything I could think of), but I looked from another and all seems good from the outside. I'm still a bit worried, though.

Mine usually come pretty directy after I send the request.
Have you checked your junk mail folder? Sometimes they end up there.

I didn't think of that, but I just checked and nothing. I just clicked to get the password sent again, I hope it sends it soon. I can't imagine what I changed it to.

That's strange. Your account definitely doesn't looked messed with from the outside...
Maybe give it a little time then e-mail support?

Have you ever received email from a neopet.com account? Some ISPs block email from neopets. I've gone throught months of neopets saying to contact my ISP, and my ISP telling be neopets has to fix it.

It finally just came through. 
This is the message I found in my neomail once I got back on:
That's odd because I've been getting emails from other sites all day and I regularly get those "Your pet is checking out" emails when my neopets are in the lodge.
I'm extremely relieved that everything is fine, though, and I'm writing my password down this time. lol

A message sent to *email edited* was not delivered right away. The message from the other server is '451 Dropped connection (initialize)'. We will keep trying to deliver the message.

It's kind of odd that you're obviously locked out of your account, but they neomail the account you can't get into saying that your p/w couldn't be delivered.

mine usu. came in the 15 min timeslot they said. maybe you changed your email? or it could be in your main email in your junk folder?
