If you win a Lottery Ticket from the WoM, are the numbers automatically chosen for you?

I can give you a definitive yes, I won one, then bought another, and had 2 numbers.

It is the same as the RE which gives you a lottery ticket. The numbers were already chosen before you get it.

Do you have to go back to the lottery page at some point to see if you're
a winner, or are you contacted via neomail about it?

I believe it is automatically given to you. I dunno about getting an e-mail.
