A question about neomail

Mon Jan 09, 2006 7:01 am

I got this today

"You have received an official warning from the Neopets Team for violating the Neopets Terms and Conditions. Roleplay should not include anything sexual, violent or gross. This includes: people or pets mating, RP boyfriends/girlfriends, neomarriages, pets in heat, Slash RP, any kind of party, gang wars, violent fighting, religion, politics, and adult lifestyle. If you continue to break the rules, your account will be permanently frozen. To see a list of Neo Rules, please visit http://www.neopets.com/chatrules.phtml. Please do not reply to this NeoMessage."

I was sending a neomail and it came up with the pop up thing that said the same thing. I have no idea what I said. I deleted the word "Aory" and suddenly it worked, does anyone know what that means and how it is a bad thing?

I don't know! I just did a quick google search using the word Aory and the word comes up as some sort of search engine (didn't go) and it's apparently a user name for a few game-type forums (counter strike) and Japanese sites. Otherwise, I couldn't find anything.

This is a case where I'd contact support about the warning and ask what you could have typed, if it was that word is there a meaning that you are unaware of, that you weren't role-playing (or if you were) you weren't doing any of the things listed as objectionable.

Sorry I couldn't be more help.

You have me a bit confused, if you wrote Aory, then in what context were you using it, if you do not know what it means?

As posted above, I also done a search and came up with the same answers.

Without knowing exactly what you wrote, it is hard to know what TNT were objecting to. Sometimes when 2 words are next to each other in a sentence then can make up a word on TNT's filter list.

If you were not role playing at the time of the nmail, then write back to TNT explaining the problem.
