non-stop music is it from the advent calender

i turned on my volume for my pc today to listen to the advent calender it is now 2 hours later ive had everything turned off and i turned my volume back on to listen to something and it is still playing the same music from the advent calender am i losing my mind or could there be something majorly wrong has anyone else had anything weird happen today

If the music from the advent calender is repeating I suggest:

1. Restarting your computer
2. Unplugging and plugging your speakers with caution as to clear any signals coming.
