How can you take food with you? I accidentally pressed eat, so my Neopet ate for over 30.000 np!!!!!
How can I take it home with me?

Unfortunatly, I believe it is completely random. You will have to keep eating there until your neopet decides to take home leftovers to get the avatar.

There was a glitch when it first came out, and I believe thats how I got mine, as well as quite a fe others

Ah.. maybe that's why I got my avatar.. they took home left overs, but it was the first time I ever tried it..
Maybe it was luck.. But glitch sounds more appropriate.
