Restocking changed?

It's going in waves for me. So is it my shop or is it global?

Edit: seems to be normal now...

I find that some of the shops I usually hang out at are not restocking even after Food restocks.

There's been a few days lately when it rses in waves for a few hours around 8am-11am NST (I just remember it's in the morning when I usualy rs, and I hate it

) But it always eventually goes back to normal
