Unborn Neopets?

It may just be an annoucement I have missed, but while brosing around, I happened upon JET20003_2001 the Green Shoyru, who seems to not yet be born.

If someone knows why it appears like that, I'd be interested.

It happens when you create a neopet but click away from the link before finishing making it.
