The Freezer (Volcano Run)

I recently read an article by battle supreme mentiong Volcano Run as ''The Freezer" which brings up a longstanding problem i've had with neopets, a couple of years ago my account Thrash370 was frozen for playing volcano run for having a score in the mid 3500s, over the years ive made a few pleas with neopets but after they responded the first time i never received another response. So seeing Volcano Run labeled as the freezer neopets must realize by now there was some problem with the game, and if they have, have they remedied the situation at all? Does anyone have any advice for ways to possibly get my account back still (I've tried email a couple individual staff members who were mentioned). I'm currently playing under the name Thrash3700 and have a gold trophy at volcano run. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I think most people would suggest writing to them via snail mail as well as emailing. You are never sure of a response but it can't hurt

If your account was frozen more than about 6 months ago, you have little or no hope of getting it back.
For some reason, TNT say they can't reactivate older accounts that were frozen.
Not sure why though, since it must just be a flag that is checked on the account.
But as Ladyflame says, it wouldn't hurt to try.

Why is Volcano run called the Freezer? I average scores between 4000-4500 every time I play. Though I need a score of at around 4600+ to get a trophy =/ (highest is 4600).

There was a glitch with VRun's timer a while back, and a LOT of players got frozen through no fault of their own. I was one of them. I managed to get my account back after three months and several e-mails to staff. This was years ago, and I've been playing Volcano Run since then with no problems (my timer did screw up one day and the game awarded me more NP than I'd earned, but I sent a bug report and my account is fine). My scores are, on average, 4100-4500, and I have a high score of 4,925. I play quite a few games per day in the World Challenge without incident. I think the problem was fixed long ago.

I hate you guys XD My top score is 1900, and I'm lucky to get 1000 most of the time ;P
