Help with Dark Nova?

I'm wanting to get on for the avvy, but am having horrible luck with the shop wizard. He's only showing from 27-30k... and I know that they come a bit cheaper.

So the request is this... could someone do a bit of bargain hunting for me? I'll tip a pet-pet lab map piece... I just can't seem to get the shop wiz to like me

I have the super shop wiz (showing the cheapest prices in all shops) and here are the prices...not that much below 27k, but whatever.
