Lord Darigan's Chambers

Apparently my eyes aren't very wide. I just came across Darigan Citadel for the first time. Is there anything to Lord Darigan's Chambers? Like Deadly Dice looks so innocent all but 1 hour of the day, that sort of thing. Or is it just part of an old plot?

Part of the old plot. Cellblock is there I believe
