Maraquan Hissi not yet active?

I went to paint my Hissi, Cartalli, at the Rainbow Fountain, but Maraquan was not up yet. It is available to my Zafara, though. Can anyone paint their Hissii Maraquan yet or is it just the Fountain?

It isn't shown in the Rainbow Pool yet so I'd keep checking back there until it shows up ^^ Maybe it will appear when they put todays news up.

It's sad how many colors (nice redraws, a bunch of them) get made (or even put in the news) and never released. Grey draik, mutant bori... and I'm still waiting on the faerie eyrie! I want to paint mine!
