Codestones, Sell Em', or Use em'?

Lately i have taken up a new hobby, Wiz Snipping. For those who dont know what that is, its just searching for an item, and setting it at a certain price, and refreshing, until you find the item at the certain price (or lower) you wanted! Its going great, i have over 40 Codestones and 14 Dubbloons, some of The hottest items in neopia! I was wondering, Should i sell these discount codestones, or Use them? I spent about 200k+ on them. Both XD. But im trying to sav up for a SoS, But i did sell my dubbloonies, making a fine 110k Now, what to do with the codestones...

Nowdays I only use codestones, never sell, but my main source of neopoint income is the stock market and I am working towards having a legendary pet. Is it more important to you to have a full bank, or a really strong pet? For me, there is nothing better I could do with neopoints than to train DT.

The answer to your question depends on whether you battle or not. A war is coming up in the next month or two. So you might want to use them to increase your stats before the war starts. If you don't battle, you might want to hang onto them until the war starts. Because the price of codestones will jump right before the war begins. But, don't hang onto them too long once the war starts. Because many people are hoarding codestones right now in anticipation of making a keen profit during the war. And, once they all get dumped into the market, the price will then drop.

I would ask "Do you have the lab ray or intend on getting it for stat increases anytime soon?"

If the answer is yes, then save off training until after you have finished zapping the pet. Why? because the lab ray can knock you abck to level one (which you can spend million in codestones and dubloons getting back up to where you were). The upside of the lab ray is that you get hit points increases, even if your stats end up being a bit lopsided.

Yet other people say this only happens when your level is below 5 or so... did you ever hear of anyone with level say higher than 50 who had it knocked back to one?
