MSPP (tcg) : Its just a card LOL

Hi everyone

This has been baffling me for months so Im going to post it and ask the experts that be at PPT.......

Why does the MSPP TCG card cost 40 Million?

It is just a card, it does nothing ( far as I know) except give an avatar.

Firepaw gives an avvy too and is about 3.5K....LOL

so whats with this card of gold....hehe.

and the biggest question of all.....

Where do they come from?

Most (TCG) cards on the site cost more than the collectable cards, but 40M! That is highway robbery.

Edit: I got a couple (TCG) cards as prizes for buying TCG booster packs.

I agree that's really a bit much for a card. XD I know it gives you an avvy, but I would never spend 40 MILLION on a little picture that I can use on the Neoboards. Everything that gets you an avvy has gone way up in price! I think I remember snorkle snouts being fairly cheap, and now they're 60k!

It's because there was only a limited number of the cards available. As time goes on, the cards are becoming trapped in inactive or frozen accounts, and so there is greater demand for what cards are available.

Hence, the rising price. It's called inflation.

My guess is that there are a lot of them sitting in iceland. And, who knows how many got lost to glitches, like the SDB glitch last November, or to the Pant Devil.
